200 ft. DB 1-arm OH Lunge (50/35),
50 DB Box Step-ups (50/35, 1 DB, 24/20),
50 Strict Handstand Push-ups,
200 ft Handstand Walk.

*Will offer scaled versions and workouts for those not competing in the open.
