Minute 3-5: 2 Clean and Jerk @70%.
Minute 6-8: 2 Clean and Jerk @80%.
Minute 9-10: 1 Clean and Jerk @90%.

*Perform all cleans as squat cleans.

Oly(2):
1-1-1-1-1: Snatch. Build up to a max for the day.
