20 Handstand Push-ups (sub push press 95/65),
40 Calorie Row,
20 Handstand Push-ups,
400m Run,
Rest 5 min (include in final time), then:
25 Box Jump,
10 Bar Muscle-ups (sub 15 jumping bar mu),
200 Double-unders,
10 Bar Muscle-ups,
25 Box Jumps.
