WOD Friday 7/28/17

Strength:
Back Squat 1x5@40%, 1x5@50%, 3x12-15@60%. Last two weeks we set a baseline. Try to add 5+ lbs this week for the final 3 sets. If you only did 12 reps @60%, keep the weight and work for 15 reps.

EMOM 18 (6 RDS, for technique, and maintain reps):
Minute 1 - 15 Ball Slams (30/20).
Minute 2 - 8 Handstand Push-ups.
Minute 3 - 10 Hanging Alternating Side Taps.
