WOD Friday 6.24.16

Strength/Gymnastics:
EMOM 15 (5 Rounds):
Min 1 - 2 Rounds "Bear Complex" @ 115/75.
MIn 2 - 8 Handstand Push-ups (cap 40 sec).
Min 3 - 14 Hollow Rocks.

Oly (20 min cap):
Snatch complex: In 5-6 sets, build to a heavy 1 of:
1 Power Snatch,
1 Overhead Squat (with 2 second pause at the bottom),
1 Squat Snatch.
