Snatch - Find a heavy 1 for the day. After 60%, increase 3-5% each set.

2 Rounds:
15 Lateral Burpees-over-bar,
10 Deadlifts (185/115),
Then:
2 Rounds:
50 Double-unders,
10 Hang Power Clean (115/75),
Then:
2 Rounds:
15 Lateral Burpees-over-bar,
10 Shoulder-to-overhead (115/75).

Rx-1 = 135/85, 95/65. Rx-2 = 115/75, 75/55.

*Use one bar and pull off the weights for the second two rounds of 2.
