WOD Friday 4.22.16


OPTION 1:
Strength:
Press 3x12-15 @40% 1RM.

Oly:
In 25 minutes, find 1RM Snatch for the day.

OPTION 2:
Dr. Rob has made the CF Games Masters Qualifier and will be completing one of the events at 6am tomorrow. If you want to do this workout with him at 6am, it would help push him through it. You can also do this workout tomorrow if you would like to try it. It would give him a great sense of how he does. Good luck Dr Rob! You the man!

Masters Qualifier Event 3:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
55 double-unders
15 chin-over-bar pull-ups
5 hang power cleans

60+: Men use 115 lb, Women use 75 lb.
40+: Men use 155 lb, Women use 105 lb.
