WOD Monday 9.21.15

Strength:
4 Rounds, Increasing Weight Each Round (not for time, but want unbroken reps for each movement - may rest a second between movements):
10 Front Squats,
10 Bent-over-row,
5 Strict Press,
15 Deadlifts,
Rest 2 min.

Example of weights each round = 75/85/95/105. You will be limited by your strict press.

MetCon:

Clean and Jerk (135/85),
Chest-to-bar Pull-ups.
