5 minutes of double-unders. Try to get thru:
10-15-20-25-20-15-10.
You must get 10 in a row before attempting 15 in a row. If you break, you must complete the whole set before moving to the next numbered set.

MetCon(2):
3 Rounds:
6 Thrusters (135/95),
12 Deadlifts (135/95),
18 Push-ups,
24 Sit-ups.
