Bench 1-1-1-1-1 (find heavy 1)

MetCon:
AMRAP 12:
5 OHS (115/75),
7 Ring Dips,
9 Ball Slams (30/20).

Rx+ = 135/85, 40/30.
Sub box dips or push-ups to scale.
Also use front squats if overhead squat technique is not putting you in a good position.
