Strength (15 min):
Back Squat 5@45%, 5@55%, 5@65%, 2x4@75%.

MetCon:
AMRAP 6 Minutes:
12 Alternating 1-arm KB Snatch (53/35),
10 CTB Pull-ups,
12 Goblet Squat (53/35).
