15 Bent-over-row (95/65),
Max Reps Push-ups (Cap at 30/round),
Rest 90 sec.

Extra Credit:
500m Row (Maintain 1:50-1:55/2:20-2:30 pace),
Rest 2 minutes,
500m Row (Maintain 1:40-1:50/2:00-2:20 pace),
Rest 2 minutes,
Accumulate 1 minute Handstand Hold (minimum 20 seconds).
