Power Clean 1-1-1-1-1. In 20 minutes, build up to a heavy 1 rep.

5 Rounds, Not For Time:
6 Unbroken Pull-ups,
4 Unbroken C2B Pull-ups,
2 Unbroken Bar Muscle-ups,
Rest 90 seconds.

– Goal is to go unbroken throughout the complex. If you cannot go unbroken, complete in such a way you can try and transition between each movement.
