Gymnastics:
15 min Ring Muscle-up Progressions/Practice.

If not interested in ring muscle-ups, then:
5 Rounds, Not For Time:
5 Strict Chin-ups (use a band if needed),
10 Strict Push-ups (scale to hand release),
1 min Rest.

MetCon:
AMRAP 20:
Run 400m,
7 Ring Muscle-ups.

*Sub 10 Jumping Ring (catch in dip + press out) or 14 Jumping Bar MU.
*If you get out the door for a final 400m run, your score will include rounds + final time.
