Build up to a heavy 3 rep max of:
2 Power Clean + 1 Front Squat + 1 Push Jerk (set is complete after 3rd jerk without dropping the barbell).

Strength:
Press 5@50%, 5@60%, 5@70%, 1 x Max Reps @80%.

Extra Credit:
4 Rounds, Not For Time:
50 Double-unders,
30 Sit-ups.
