b. Bench Press 7@50%, 6@60%, 5@70%, 4×2@82.5%.

c. 10-10-10-10-10 Thruster. In 5 sets, build up to your max 10 rep unbroken thruster.

Note. If completing 15.1/1a today, please allow class to use the rig for front squats and bench press first. Warm-up for the open WOD while class lifts. Thank you. Scores must be in by 5pm!
