CrossFit Open 15.3

AMRAP 14 Minutes:
7 muscle-ups
50 wall-ball shots,
100 double-unders.

Men use 20-lb. ball to 10 feet, Women use 14-lb. ball to 9 feet.

If you can not complete a double-under, then:

AMRAP 14 Minutes:
50 wall-ball shots,
200 single-unders.

Men use 20-lb. ball to 9 feet, Women use 10-lb. ball to 9 feet.

We do not have 10 lb wall balls, so will use the 12# if scaled and you have signed up for the open.
