EMOM 16:
With a parnter, alternate between:
Station 1: 1 minute max effort Row (meters)
Station 2: 1 minute to do 10 KBS (53/35) + Rest.

*Score total meters rowed over the 16 minutes. Running emom clock (fast transitions!).
*You may do individually as well.
