Reminder! PotLuck from 4-7pm during the classes tonight. Bring in some paleo (or not) goodies!

Reminder to get in early to prep and get on a heat list for each class throughout the day. Even if you are not part of the open, you will be doing this workout (or the scaled version). If our coaches advise you to use the scaled weights, please do so. This is a test of fitness relative to your current strength. Be honest with your abilities and RX it next year! Anyone registered (rx or scaled) will be required to have a judge score their reps. Score sheets will be provided.

Here it is!…

Open Workout 15.1
Complete as many rounds as possible in 9 minutes of:
15 Toes-to-bar,
10 Deadlifts (115/75),
5 Snatch (115/75).

Open Workout 15.1a
6 minutes to find 1 Rep Max Clean & Jerk.

Perform both workouts on a 15-minute clock, start Workout 15.1a immediately after finishing 15.1.

Post rounds and reps completed for 15.1 and load for 15.1a as part of the 2015 Reebok CrossFit Games Open.
