Stabilization:
EMOM 12:
Odd Minute – 12 Weighted Sit-ups (25/15).
Even Minute – 45 second plank. Every time you break a plank, you will accumulate :15 to a wall sit that you must complete for time after the emom. For example, if you break the plank 4 times over the course of the emom, you owe a :60 second wall sit.

MetCon:
1600m Run,
120 Double Unders,
30 Burpees,
800m Run,
60 Double Unders,
20 Burpees,
400m Run,
30 Double Unders.
10 Burpees.
