a. 1/2 Tabata (2 min) Front Rack Hold (135/85), then, 1/2 Tabata (2 min) DL Hold (135/85).
b. Rest 2 minutes and repeat above.
c. 3×10 Med Ball Hanging Knee Raises (14/12, Ball b/w knees).

800m Run,
50 Sit-ups,
20 Good Mornings (65/45).
