Strength(1):
a. 3×20 Heavy DB/KB Walking Lunges. Rest 90 sec.
b. 3×20/side Heavy DB/KB 1-arm Row. Rest 90 sec.

MetCon:
Run or Row 5K (next week will do the other).

Strength(2):
After completing the run or row (may rest for a few minutes), complete:
4 Rounds:
5 Strict Pull-ups + Max Unbroken CTB Pull-ups.
Must stay on bar after 5 strict pull-ups. Rest as needed. Score CTB each round.
