Oly:
Clean & Jerk 1-1-1-1-1 (find max for the day)

MetCon:
In Teams of 2, Complete:
2K Row, alternating every 250m (4 each).

*While rowing, partner must:
Deadlift hold (135/95) rounds 1+2,
Front Rack hold (135/95) rounds 3+4.

*If the bar falls, rower must stop.
