Rest 90 seconds.

MetCon:
“Terrible Tabata”
Tabata Deadlift (135/95), Hold at the top during 10 second rest.
Rest 2 minutes, then:
Tabata Thrusters (95/65), Hold in standing front rack during 10 second rest.
Rest 2 minutes, then:
Tabata Sit-ups, Flip to elbows for plank hold during 10 second rest.

Extra Credit:
15 minute Row for max meters.
