Monday_Wod

Strength:
Press 5@50%, 5@60%, 5@70%, 4×4@82%.

MetCon:
“Death by Clean & Jerk + Box Jump”
Each athlete will perform 15 minutes of:
Minute 1 – 1 Clean & Jerk + 5 Box Jumps,
Minute 2 – 2 Clean & Jerks + 5 Box Jumps,
Minute 3 – 3 Clean & Jerks + 5 Box Jumps…

Note what minute you get to before you get cut off by the clock. If you do not make the 15, then start back at 1. But must work for 15 minutes.

Rx = 115/75.
