Strength:
a. 3x10 Barbell Bent-over Row (AHAP with proper form).
b. 4x10 Ring Dips.

MetCon:
5 Rounds:
10 Deadlift (185/135),
10 Power Snatch (75/55),
10 Toes-to-bar,
10 Handstand Push-ups (sub 12 x push press 75/55 - same as snatch bar).

Extra Credit:
3 Rounds, NFT:
15 GHD Sit-up,
20 Back Extension.
*Scale to lower reps of 10 and 10 if just starting out.
