a. EMOM 10:
Minute 1 - 14 Alternating Kick-thrus.
MInute 2 - 1 Legless Rope Climb.

b. EMOM 10 (5 rounds):
Minute 1 - 7 Ice-skaters (4'/3') + Forward Roll + 7 Ice-skaters + Backwards Roll.
Minute 2 - 4 Strict Ring Dips + 1 Negative Ring Muscle-up.

c. 2 x 10 GHD Back Extension w/ Spinal Wave.
d. 2 x 25 GHD Sit-ups.
