Workout of the Day

MOVEMENT Class - Sunday 9/17/17

Class now 1 hour. 8:30am to 9:30am.

a. Warm-up: 3 min squat routine / 3x30 pvc swings / 3x1 skin-the-cats.

b. EMOM 10 (5 Rounds):
Minute 1 - 14 Alternating kick-thrus.
MInute 2 - 24 Hanging knee-raises.

c. Shuttle runs (4 x 10/20/30/40).

d. EMOM 10 (5 rounds):
Minute 1 - Hanging Bar Walk (while hanging, go from one side of bar and back).
Minute 2 - 8 Alternating Pistols (scale with band).
