c. Planche Holds 4x :20 (band assisted on parallettes).
d. Wall facing handstand holds 4x :20 sec.

e. 15 Rounds:
2 False Grip Pull-ups w/ 2 ct hold,
2 Ring Dips w/ 4 Ct negative,
Rest 60 sec.

f. 4 Rounds:
22 GHD Sit-ups,
Max Bar Hang (record times).
