10 RDL/leg (35's, 26's),
10 Lizard crawl + push-up.

g. Wall facing hand-stands - 5x:40 of work, partner assisted.

h. 4 Rounds, For Reps:
10 Tire Flips + Jumps in/out,
Max Reps Toes-to-bar.
*Score each round and total ttb.
