a. Stick game (4 minutes each, 2 minutes/hand).
b. Spinal waves - 5 minutes of practice.
c. Wrist prep / Ankle prep.
d. Kettlebell Squat Routine. 2x10/side.

e. 10-10-10-10-10 Bench Press.

f. 4 Rounds:
18 Feet Elevated Push-ups,
7 Pull-ups with 4 ct Negative,
10 Parallette Kick-throughs.

g. 10 Heavy Prowler Pushes. Take turns.
