MOVEMENT Class - Sunday 7/30/17

a. Animal Flow / Movement.
- Wrist Mobilization.
- Beast Position Holds.
- Crab Position Holds.
- Explosive Slam Ball Toss (20x, outside).

b. 4 Rounds:
5 Bulg Split Squats / Leg (AHAP, 311 tempo),
20 Hang Power Clean (115/75, must go unbroken, scale lighter, work on technique).
2 Skin-the-cat (rings),
5 Strict Handstand Push-up,
20 GHD Sit-ups.

*During this circuit we will accumulate 10 legless rope climbs and 10 prowler push (135/90, length of Vibe - down to curb and back).
