Movement Class - 7.23.17

a. Animal Flow / Movement.
- Wrist Mobilization.
- Beast Position Holds.
- Crab Position Holds.
- Partner Negative Pull-ups (2x5).
- One Arm Push-up Progressions Review.
- Explosive Slam Ball Toss (20x, outside).

b. 5 Rounds:
5 Bulg Split Squats / Leg (311 tempo),
10 Single-leg Deadlifts / Leg (natural tempo, do not set opp foot down),
2 Skin-the-cat (rings),
4 x 1 Forward Roll + 6 Kick Throughs + 12 Jump Squats,
5 Strict Handstand Push-up,
15 GHD Sit-ups.

*During this circuit we will take turns doing heavy sandbag carries 400m. How many depends on how many show up.
