MOVEMENT Class - Sunday 7/2/17

a. Animal Flow Warm-up (Beast Position Holds, Crab Position Holds) + Hollow Position Holds + Bar Hangs + Front Line Positioning Review.

b. Breathe Squats. Complete 1 set of 20 reps of Back Squat @40% of 1RM, performing 1 squat every 3rd breathe. Will continue to increase the weight from last week!

c. 10 Rounds (20 min cap):
1 x False Grip Pull-up + :05 sec hold.
1 x Ring Dip Full Negative (as slow as possible).

d. 4 Rounds:
:45 sec Wall Facing Handstand Holds,
10 Alternating Lizard Crawl w/ Push-up,
2 Leg-less Rope Climb,
10 Strict Toes-to-bar.
