c. AMRAP 20:
2 x :05 sec False Grip Hang + Pull-up,
2 x Deep Ring Dip w/ 3 ct Negative.

d. 4 Rounds, NFT:
200m KB Farmer Carry (AHAP),
60 Walking Lunge (alt leg),
2 Skin-the-cat (rings),
:30 Sec Bridge Hold (feet on box).
