MOVEMENT Class - Sunday 6/18/17

a. Animal Flow Warm-up (Beast Position Holds, Crab Position Holds).

b. Breathe Squats. Complete 1 set of 20 reps of Back Squat @40% of 1RM, performing 1 squat every 3rd breathe.

c. 4 Rounds:
:45 sec Wall Facing Handstand Holds,
10 x Jefferson Curls (10 count at bottom of last rep),
10 Alternating Lizard Crawl w/ Push-up,
1 Leg-less Rope Climb.

d. 3 Rounds:
30 Feet Elevated Push-ups,
10 Pull-ups with 4 ct Negative,
5 Dips with 4 ct Negative.
