5 Harop Curls (partner assisted),
Rest :60 sec.
*Conservative weights today. Will be increasing weekly.

Conditioning/Strength:
AMRAP 30:
100m Prowler Push (100/65, walk),
2 x :05 sec False Grip Hold + Pullup,
150m Plate OH Carry (55/35, walk).
*Add more weight than last week.

Mobility/Strength:
2 Rounds, NFT:
5 Seated Press to :10 sec Straddle Hold,
Rest :60 sec.
