a. EMOM 16 (4 Rounds):
Minute 1 - :30 sec Handstand Hold (wall facing preferred).
Minute 2 - 12-15 Parallette Push-ups.
Minute 3 - 12-15 Jumping Ball Slams (20/15).
Minute 4 - 12-15 GHD Sit-up.
Repeat.

b. EMOM 16 (8 Rounds):
Minute 1 - 2 Skin-the-cat.
Minute 2 - 6 Ring Dips.
Repeat.
