a. 15 Minute Warm-up (lead by Jeff).

b. EMOM 25 (5 Rounds):
Minute 1 - :20 sec Planche Hold (band assisted).
Minute 2 - 10 GHD Sit-ups.
MInute 3 - 8 Towel Chin-ups.
Minute 4 - 2 Wall Walks,
Minute 5 - 10 Cuban Rotations (barbell).
